I-ACT Emergency Response Orientation Course

FREE Training for Frontliners, Emergency Response Orientation, Capacity Building Program

Description

The I-ACT Emergency Response Orientation Course is a 2-day training program conducted on July 5–6, 2023, led by the Search and Rescue Unit Foundation, Inc. (SARUF). This program aims to strengthen the skills and readiness of I-ACT operatives in handling emergency situations and responding effectively as frontliners.

The training was made possible through the generous support of Global Comfort Group Corporation and their CSR arm, Sogo Cares, who provided Eurotel Vivaldi Hotel in Cubao as the official venue, along with meals and refreshments for all participants. Support from Rotary and Rotaract of Cavite Aguinaldo also played a key role, reinforcing collaboration in public service initiatives.

Under the leadership of I-ACT Chief Charlie Del Rosario, the program highlights the importance of continuous capacity building, recognizing I-ACT personnel not only as traffic enforcers but also as dedicated frontliners committed to ensuring the safety of the commuting public 24/7.
